Introducing the third release of Left Handed, the last part of the Studio Works.

As the previous two eps pursued a distinct organic approach to electronic-dance music, this installment is the ideal conclusion of the serie with three complex and layered pieces of music that try to suit dancefloor, iPod and home stereo.

While you can preview the music from Fairtilizer, as well as from my Soundclud page and on Touane's Last FM page, you can of course support the music and the label buying it on Beatport and many other shops.

Fulfilling the promise of sharing some creative tools of the Left Handed laboratory I am happy to introduce to you my own sequencer for Reaktor. Check the TVNZR page to donwload it, there is also an example for Ableton Live and some generic instructions on how to use it. Feedback welcome! touane[at]lefthandedaudio[dot]com

As mentioned in the previous update, the guys at Pyramind have been so kind to host my seminar about music creation tips and live showcase, here a short video of it, I promise more informations and video about the topic I exposed to come soon..

Months went by so fast but I have been pretty productive and besides doing music for Left Handed I also finished to work on an album with my pal Stewart Walker, the project is called Golden Parachutes and soon will announce release date and another couple of interesting features like remixes and previews.

Stewart together with Monsieur Michel Morin has been working to a very interesting concept too: Itchy Clips is a website that provides audio clips and sample packs created by artists, djs and producers, all optimized for the use with Ableton Live. Make sure to check out their smart idea and try out the free packs to et into the concept.

Finally, I worked hard to improve my DIY skills, and while actually working on my first active circuits, I revamped my summing device adding 8 more channels and an interesting routing system, I will prepare a nice post and some pictures and schematics for the next update.

I'll see you in June, enjoy the Spring as much as you can and listen to music in an active way!
